I am a private pilot and offer flights with me under the European directive for shared flights.
Flight sharing is fully legal in the European Union according to the European Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 and it has been confirmed by the EASA itself. Private pilots are allowed to share their flights and costs with passengers in non-complex aircraft carrying no more than 6 persons including the pilot, and are allowed to advertise these flights.

We can both enjoy the beauty within the base airfields and do long distance flights.
The cost of flights is calculated on the basis of hourly arrest of the airplane  (block time, the airplane must be received and returned to the airfield of the company, while boarding of passengers in the airplane as such is possible at any other airfield).
Important note: I speak English and Russian, my German is at a very basic level.
